By registering as a beta user, you agree to participate in the testing and evaluation of our services. The features provided in the beta phase may be incomplete and are subject to change.
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose. You must not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (especially GDPR).
If you are a beta user and wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at team@biohugs.com.
We will process your request promptly and confirm the deletion of your data.
The services are provided "as is" during the beta phase. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the services and are not liable for damages arising from their use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails about Biohugs updates, features, and launch information. We process your email address based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter or by contacting us at team@biohugs.com. Upon unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted from our mailing list promptly.
We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.
